Construction and Renovation work
Period: Commence date, 01 April 2025
Hours: 08:00-18:00
Areas: Property next door, 28 Ottawa Avenue, Camps Bay.
We would like to inform our guests of new construction works next to the property. Please note that the schedule may change depending on the work situation. We apologize for any inconvenience it may cause and your understanding and support during the construction and renovation period is much appreciated. Building site breakdown: Demolition would be 4 weeks, from 1 April 2025, thereafter the building program runs another 17 months, total being 18 months. We will do our best to ensure that everyone can comfortably stay. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact guest relations at your convenience.
